- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time. Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order.
- Zainab Fawad Attires reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability of fabric, unforeseen production issues, or other valid reasons. Customers will be notified in such cases.
3. Pricing

- Prices do not include delivery charges unless explicitly stated.
4. Payments

- Zainab Fawad Attires is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Once shipped, tracking details (if applicable) will be shared with the customer.
6. Return & Exchange
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- Exchanges are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. Refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
7. Product Display & Variations
- While we try to display our products as accurately as possible, actual colors and embroidery may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or screen differences.
- Slight variation in patterns, lace, or embellishments is normal, especially for handwork and custom designs.
