1. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products (made-to-order/wedding/formal wear), we do not offer refunds on any purchases.
2. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- The item received is incorrect (wrong size, color, or design)
Conditions for exchange:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Proof of issue (pictures or video) is required
3. How to Request an Exchange
- Send us a message via WhatsApp or Instagram within 24 hours
- Provide your order details and evidence of the issue
- Once approved, send the item back to our address (shipping cost borne by the customer)
4. Custom Orders
Customized outfits are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are faulty or incorrect.
